Bay Rush
3D

Three bays, one of you. Cars keep coming, a little faster every minute. Keep customers happy, and don't lose five.

Every car, start to finish
  1. 1
Welcome the guest at the driver's window

Read the guest, then present oil: Conventional (good), MaxLife Blend (better) or Full Synthetic (best), at the right viscosity.

  2. 2
Work the pit yourself, until you can hire bottomside

You start alone. Pull the plug, then bring an oil filter from the parts wall. Once you hire a bottomside tech, click them, then click a bay, to call "Showtime, Bay #!" and they'll call back "Drain plug tight, ready for oil".

  3. 3
Inspect and fill at the hood

Recommend only what's needed, fetch and install the parts the customer says yes to, and fill once the pit is done.

  4. 4
Sticker and release at the window

5,000 km Conventional, 6,000 MaxLife, 8,000 Full Synthetic. Bay time target is 16:00. Under 12:00 earns a bonus star; over 16:00 costs one.

  5. ★
Level up and build your crew

Points earn levels. Each level, pick a hire or training straight from the SuperPro procedures: bottomside techs, a CSR, filter stock, oil evac, VCLASS and more.

Controls: just click
  1. Click a glowing ring on the floor. Your tech walks over and does that job.
  2. Click anywhere on the floor to walk there.
  3. Once you hire help, click a teammate (or their name in the crew bar under the store) to select them, then click a job to send them. They stay selected until you click someone else.
On a phone or tablet: tap instead of click. Keyboard, if you prefer: WASD or arrows: walk E or Space: do the job at the glowing ring you're standing on (same as clicking it) Q: “Showtime”, which calls your bottomside tech into the pit of the bay you're next to (after you hire one) Tab switch tech · C close camera · M mute
First shift? Read this
1. Read the guest (speech bubble at the window)
“Basic oil change” / “keep it cheap”Cheapest oil that meets the spec
“What would you recommend?”Full Synthetic
“Same as last time”The oil on the Last visit line of the ticket
Not sure of the viscosity? Tap Look up spec (+1:30 bay time). Wrong viscosity or oil below spec = a 1★ visit, no matter what else you get right.
2. Spot worn parts (Inspect at the hood)
Dark, dirty, cracked or “out”Recommend it: the guest says yes
Clean, white or “working”Leave it: selling it costs 1★
3. Every car starts at 5★
Wrong sticker, over 16:00, guest got impatient, not what they asked for, upsold a good part−1★ each
Guest annoyed or angry from waiting−2★
Released under 12:00+1★
Stickers: +5,000 km Conventional · +6,000 MaxLife · +8,000 Full Synthetic. Every lost star is listed in the shift log under the game.
How you win
  • Shift score = (Sales + bonuses) × Customer service %. Every lost guest counts as 0%.
  • Combos: 4★+ cars in a row pay a bonus: ×1.2 at 2, ×1.5 at 4, ×2 at 6. One bad visit or a lost guest breaks it.
  • Surprises: a district manager walk-through, an oil spill to mop, a fleet to win, and Google reviewers whose stars count double.
  • Curveballs: a stripped drain plug, a stuck gasket, a check-engine light or a high dipstick. Pick what the SuperPro procedure says.
  • Ranked shift: 6 minutes, the same cars for everyone this week. Boards reset Monday. Lose five guests and the shift ends early.
  • Daily challenge: 3 minutes with a new twist every day. Pick your store to put it on the Stores board.
  • The manager's verdict: 85%+ service and 8+ cars earns the case of beer. Under 55%, or five walk-outs, and you're fired.

Every car in the lot shows a countdown ring. When it runs out, they leave. The face shows their mood: waiting in the lot, sitting un-greeted, or a slow bay all make customers angrier, and angry customers rate you lower. That rating is your Customer service score.
